Delete your account
Equinora app by PrismaWorks (Fabien Sombrofsky). Request the deletion of your Equinora account and the data linked to it here. Every deletion is confirmed by email to the address on file, and only then carried out.
1. Delete directly in the app
If you have the app installed, this is the fastest way:
- Open Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete account at the very bottom
- Request confirmation email, then tap it
- Open the link in the email — only then is your account deleted
2. Request without the app
No longer have the app? Enter the email address of your account. We'll send you a confirmation link to complete the deletion. Without that confirmation, nothing is deleted.

3. Which data is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile details, photo)
- Your memberships in clubs and stables are ended
- Your riding-time bookings
- Your personal modules: training journal, vet and treatment appointments, equipment, cost tracker
- Horses you are the sole owner of (including health record, feeding plan, documents)
4. Which data is kept

| Shared horses (multiple owners) | Kept for the remaining owners; you are simply removed. |
| Invoices & accounting records | Statutory retention obligation (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB), as a rule up to ten years. Deleted afterwards. |
| Content within a club or stable (e.g. news you created) | Kept for the tenant as far as needed for its operation; the personal attribution is removed. |
Once it's done, you won't get a further confirmation; the deletion is irreversible. Questions beforehand are welcome at support@equinora-app.com.
