This policy applies to consumers. Organisations acting in the course of a trade, business or profession generally do not have a statutory cancellation right.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

It is sufficient to send the notice before the cancellation period expires.
If you cancel, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We normally use the same payment method as for the original transaction and do not charge a fee.
If you asked for a service to begin during the cancellation period, you pay a reasonable amount for the proportion already supplied up to cancellation where the statutory requirements are met and you were properly informed.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the cancellation right may expire early if you expressly consented to performance starting during the period, acknowledged the loss of the right and received contract confirmation. Ongoing digital services are subject to the statutory rules on early performance and proportionate payment.
For purchases billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may also use the refund and support channels provided there. The store receipt identifies the recipient of a cancellation notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
