Riding club software: events, horses and members in one place.

Equinora brings riding times, events, horses and member communication together in one app. Club administrators also get a browser portal for their management tasks.

The demo needs no account and does not save your entries.

When information is scattered, the committee is left to piece it together.

Many clubs run their day-to-day work through chats, spreadsheets, paper lists and separate calendars. That works until someone misses a change or nobody knows which list is current.

Riding times
Arenas and other facilities need clear booking rules. Members should see free slots without asking around or creating double bookings.
Events
Clinics, volunteer shifts and club events belong in one calendar, complete with registration, attendance limits and reminders.
Communication
An important update should not depend on whether someone happens to open the right group chat.
Responsibilities
Roles, access to horses and organisational tasks need to be clearly assigned, even when several people help manage the club.

One workflow for members and administrators.

Equinora does not replace club life. It simply removes the detours from recurring coordination.

  1. Plan

Set up facilities, booking rules, events and tasks. Roles determine who can manage each area.

  2. Keep everyone informed

News and changes appear directly in the app. Push notifications can highlight important updates.

  3. Take part

Members book riding times, register for events and record volunteer hours where they already see the rest of club life.

  4. Stay on top of things

Administrators can see bookings, registrations and open tasks without pulling information together from several lists.

Frequently asked questions about riding club software

Who is Equinora for?

Equinora is designed for riding clubs, stable communities and horse owners. Clubs can organise riding times, events, member information and responsibilities, among other things.

Can I use more than one club or stable?

Yes. One account can belong to several clubs and stables. You can switch between organisations in the app, while relevant events are shown together.

How do we get started?

An administrator creates the club and invites members with a join code or QR code. Roles and permissions then determine who can manage content.

Is there a demo?

Yes. The live demo runs directly in your browser, needs no account and does not save your entries.

How does a club get Premium?

Clubs send a Premium request through the website. Organisation Premium is agreed externally and invoiced; it is not purchased in the app.

Which devices are supported?

The Equinora app is available for iPhone and Android. The management portal runs in a browser and is intended for administrators with the appropriate access.

Take a relaxed look at how it works.
